  • David Harvey - Business & Administration Apprentice

    17 year old David began his Apprenticeship with Skillsbase at Staffordshire Moorlands District Council in October 2009. Predicted to achieve distinction in his Technical Certificate as part of his NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, he has already been promoted to a more responsible position within the Finance Department.

    Born into a farming background, David still finds time to milk a dairy herd twice every Saturday and helps his father with farm contract work.
